From the cuisine to the patisserie and the sommellerie, our local producers are playing a key role in the philosophy of our establishment.
On the occasion of the 7th anniversary of our hotel-restaurant, we invite you to
La Soirée des Producteurs
Sunday, the 18th of September 2022
Join us in celebrating the love and passion that our producers have for their work and their unique and precious know-how.
The program for this event includes
At 7pm in the cellar
Start your evening with an aperitif in the cellar with Romain Iltis, Head Sommelier and Wine Director of Lalique Group, as well as our local suppliers who will be delighted to present their businesses and share their knowledge with you.
At 8pm in the restaurant
Enjoy a gastronomic menu created by Chef Paul Stradner and his team.
Around shared tables, you will have the opportunity to discuss with the suppliers about their products and know-how.
