Gourmet restaurant

In our restaurant, which was awarded 2 Michelin stars in 2016, just three months after its opening, and which is a member of the exclusive "Les Grandes Tables du Monde" circle, Chef Paul Stradner's cuisine takes you on a journey through Alsace, delightfully interspersed with original twists linked to the Chef's own history and experiences. His culinary score is built around the three A's, celebrating Alsace (his adopted homeland), Austria (his country of origin) and Allemagne (or Germany, where he developed professionally).

Alongside him, Pastry Chef Nicolas Multon draws inspiration from produce sourced from the heart of the Northern Vosges region to create his mouthwatering, sugared creations, while Restaurant Manager Hervé Schmitt choreographs the service, beautifully setting the scene with Lalique's iconic tableware.
