This gentle, hands-on, mindful forest activity will awaken your senses in quite an extraordinary way, particularly through contact with trees and walking barefoot.

Earth Sense Workshop

This workshop invites you to experiment with and understand the benefits of entering into contact with nature. With just a few minutes’ exposure a day, you'll be able to reduce physiological imbalances and stress, regulate your heart rate, improve sleep quality and stimulate your immune system. These are just some of the benefits you'll discover through simple, fun exercises based on sensory stimulation and bringing your body into contact with the earth's natural electricity.

Meditation and Mindful Tastings 

Through the practice of a variety of exercises, this fully personalised introduction enables you to resolve problems of sleep, anxiety, pain, tension and mental and digestive complaints.
From mindful tastings to breathing exercises, this workshop is accessible to all, allowing you to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to be in the 'here and now'.
