A Refined and Unforgettable Signature
With utter clarity, the dishes explore seasonal produce, textures and flavours, offering a seemingly never-ending feast for the taste buds. And the other senses are never forgotten, with the Chef mischievously interweaving Lalique creations into his compositions with his highly-attuned sense of presentation.

Our restaurant is closed on Saturdays for lunch, but is open for dinner. On the days we are open, we welcome you between 12:00 and 13:00 and between 19:30 and 20:45.
For your convenience, we inform you that at 16:30 for lunch and 00:00 for dinner, the end of your gourmet journey will take place in the lounge-bar of our hotel. Similarly, the last return journey with the shuttle service to Château Hochberg will take place before 01:00.
