Since 2015, nestled in the heart of the Northern Vosges, Villa René Lalique has embodied Lalique’s vision of the French Art of Living. Blending understated elegance, ever-present nature, and refined hospitality, this former residence—once occupied by master glassmaker René Lalique and his family during their stays in Alsace—now celebrates a decade of emotions, creations, and timeless moments.
Anniversary Menu – A 10-Part Culinary Journey
Ten years of memories, creativity, and shared experiences are brought to the table in a menu imagined as a sensory travel journal. Chef Paul Stradner, supported by Pastry Chef Jonathan Bunel, presents a narrative told in ten courses—each one a reflection of a pivotal moment, a meaningful encounter, or a source of inspiration.
From the perfect “Sarah Bernhardt” egg and the Chef’s signature Kartoffelnudeln, to gently warmed Carabinero shrimp and a dessert featuring rhubarb, saffron, and orange blossom—the menu invites you to rediscover the culinary story of Villa René Lalique, one dish at a time.



A Collector’s Crystal Piece by Lalique
To mark this symbolic milestone, the artisans of the Lalique manufacture, in collaboration with Villa René Lalique, have created an exclusive crystal piece: the Feuilles votive in clear crystal with a unique gold luster finish. Offered in a very limited edition and available exclusively at Villa René Lalique, this candleholder features the Feuilles motif, which is closely tied to the history of the establishment.
The climbing pepper leaf vine design that adorns this piece once inspired the original 1924 René Lalique and Peugeot co-signed pepper/salt mill—reissued in 2015 to mark the opening of the hotel and restaurant. A true collector’s item, this piece pays tribute to the surrounding forests and the richness of the natural environment.
