Chef Paul Stradner presents a menu inspired by the surrounding nature – a journey to the very heart of autumn’s flavours and aromas.
Conceived as a gourmet stroll, the Walk in Autumn menu celebrates the sincerity of the product and the purity of craftsmanship. From Goose Foie Gras with Chestnut to the noble Lièvre à la Royale, each creation pays tribute to the season of flavour and comfort.
