To mark the 9th anniversary of the Villa René Lalique, our Chef Paul Stradner has decided to collaborate for an unforgettable evening with Christophe Dufossé, Chef of his own restaurant in Chateau de Beaulieu in the north of France, awarded with 2-star Michelin and Michelin's sustainability award, the Green Star.
While Christophe Dufossé is proud of his attachment to the east of France, where he lived for many years (he considers himself to be ‘Alsatian at heart’), the two talented chefs, have naturally come up with a four-hands menu combining delicacy, creativity and authenticity, to take you on a culinary journey through their respective worlds.
